Faun M. Phillipson is a founding member of the firm, and possesses the aggressiveness of a New Yorker combined with a Midwestern work ethic. She has extensive experience representing and defending members of the financial services industry in state and federal litigations, FINRA and AAA arbitrations, regulatory matters and agency enforcement proceedings.
Ms. Phillipson is experienced in the field of commercial litigation, having practiced before the state and federal courts of New York, as well as with pro hac admissions for matters in Fulton County, Georgia; Los Angeles County, California; Miami-Dade County, Florida; the Northern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan. In addition, she has represented a wide array of clients in employment-related matters involving state court litigation, AAA and FINRA arbitration and mediation, and State of Wisconsin Equal Rights Division hearings.
Ms. Phillipson’s corporate and transactional practice covers a range of commercial contract matters, including employment, consulting and severance agreements, as well as manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements.
