Andrea Cataneo is a nationally recognized deal attorney and the Director of the Corporate and Securities Group at PULLP, a national boutique corporate, securities, and litigation firm. With a 26-year record of driving capital markets success, she has led or played a key role in more than 200 transactions and helped companies go public in seven different ways.
Just two years out of law school, Andrea built a multimillion-dollar solo practice while raising two young daughters—setting the tone for a career defined by resilience, discipline, and results.

She spent 14 years at a boutique law firm consistently recognized as the nation’s top-ranked deal firm for PIPEs (Private Investments in Public Equities), and later a decade with two of the largest national law firms, where she served in leadership roles and advised on complex financings, uplistings, mergers, and public offerings across industries.
Deeply embedded in the micro- and small-cap ecosystem, Andrea serves on the Advisory Board of Hanover International, Inc., a respected capital markets advisory firm founded by Jim Hock, who chaired the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) for 15 years. Hanover, co-led by President Kathy Cusumano, is widely regarded for its disciplined strategic advisory, investor positioning, and enduring capital markets relationships.

Andrea has also served more than 13 years on the board of NIBA, championing growth companies and fostering meaningful capital relationships nationwide.

In media, she co-hosts Off Road, Corporate Roadshow’s flagship podcast consistently ranked in the top 10% of Wall Street-focused shows. She previously served as Executive Producer of Heart of Influence, a national Zoom networking platform that has hosted more than 9,000 guests since the dawn of COVID—personally producing over 300 episodes.
