A founding member of the firm, Jonathan's practice is focused on securities litigation, including the resolution of civil disputes in federal and state courts, as well as in various dispute resolution forums.

AMY GENOVESE

Amy is Phillipson & Uretsky, LLP’s Firm Administrator. She graduated from SUNY Albany in 2001 with a B.A. in English, and has been working with Faun Phillipson and Jonathan Uretsky ever since.

SHEILA PUGLIESE

Sheila is a second-year law student at New York Law School. Sheila has worked as a law clerk at several law firms where she gained valuable experience in drafting complex pleadings and motions, performing legal research, and interacting with clients at court proceedings. Sheila graduated from Tulane University in 2018 where she interned at the New Orleans Public Defender's Office. She also volunteered at the New Orleans Children's Advocacy Center where she researched legal matters in child abuse and neglect and gathered evidence for court proceedings. In her free time, Sheila enjoys painting, traveling, and attending Broadway shows.
