Haley Mortell handles a broad range of commercial disputes, securities litigation and SEC actions, often in the microcap space. Ms. Mortell has worked with members of the financial services industry and small public companies in state and federal litigations, FINRA and AAA arbitrations, regulatory matters and agency enforcement proceedings. Her practice involves representing both public and private companies, and their officers and directors. Ms. Mortell recently finished Brooklyn Law School. She graduated with honors from the Jere Morehead Honors College at the University of Georgia with an undergraduate degree in Health Promotion- Health Services and Minors in Global Health and Business. She is excited to be a member of the PULLP team.
