MONICA S. CAAN

Monica Caan handles a variety of real estate matters. Her experience working with land surveyors, environmental consultants, builders, architects and bank attorneys, along with her negotiating and closing skills has allowed her to counsel clients from the beginning of their sale or purchase right through closing. Monica’s extensive knowledge in land use and zoning regulations coupled with her experience appearing before zoning and architectural boards has proven successful in representing her clients’ interests.  

 

Monica also handles a broad range of commercial disputes, securities litigation and SEC actions. She is part of the PULLP Litigation team, representing and defending members of the financial services industry and small public companies in state and federal litigations, FINRA and AAA arbitrations, regulatory matters and agency enforcement proceedings.
