Vanessa R. Seidman is a highly respected and experienced Business Corporate lawyer renowned for her strategic counsel and dedication to client success. She provides comprehensive legal representation to well-established corporations, emerging growth businesses, and innovative start-ups, helping them navigate complex legal and business challenges while growing their businesses. She represents these companies and executive boards in a variety of matters, including business transactions, equity and debt financing transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions, executive compensation, corporate governance, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Before joining PULLP, Vanessa co-founded a boutique corporate and litigation law firm, where she advised businesses on corporate structuring, business operations, corporate governance, and financings. She provided outside general counsel to a broad range of companies, from start-ups to companies generating revenues exceeding half a billion dollars. Her industry experience spans, technology, commodities, intellectual property, brokerage, hospitality, wellness, gaming, software and artificial intelligence (AI). Vanessa served as outside GC and Corporate Secretary for various companies, managing all regulatory, legal business concerns, corporate entity maintenance and governance matters. Prior to that, Vanessa was a Corporate & Securities Law Partner at a New York law firm, representing clients in complex financial, securities and corporate transactions. On the financing side, Vanessa has long experience in equity and debt transactions, venture capital and private equity investment.
